      Here's the basic recipe:

    1. Pour 4 cups milk into the white outer barrel. Microwave for 15 minutes.
    2. Add 1 tablsp.. lemon juice or vinegar. Add half teasp.. salt if you like. 
    3. Stir well. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes
    4. Pour the mixture through the mesh filter.
    5. After separation, cover and leave to cool in the refrigerator.
